Bought the ZeroB Sapphire RO unit in 2012. Product worked well for the first two years and then trouble began. The service call centre promptly answers, takes your complaint, but the technician will never come. I called multiple times mentioning my reference ID but nothing happens. Through the call center and digging up some numbers to call, I learnt that the service part is outsourced to a third party. The outgoing service agency was not seamlessly replaced with a new one, and that's it. Had to buy water canisters.After a lot of difficulty, I got hold of the service guy. He got back with the grand news.. no spares, no filters, no membrane. I had to call an independent technician and got the filters replaced which are not ZeroB 's but something that can get the RO unit working. After a year, the pumping motor in the unit went kaput. Again, story repeats - no response, no spares, get a spare from the local market. Big pain!In this age of consumer driven economy, never go for a company that doesn't give a crap for for after sales and service. Simply don't buy. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
